U.S. refiners forecast strong first-quarter earnings as margins on gasoline and diesel sales improved, refining capacity fell sharply and crude supplies tightened due to the Russia-Ukraine war.

Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is known as the "king of lubrication" and has its unique advantages in the field of lubrication. MoS2 is insoluble in many substances, such as water, dilute acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, nor in other acids, bases and organic solvents, but it will dissolve when it comes into contact with aqua regia and boiling concentrated sulfuric acid.
 
The basic material of molybdenum disulfide lubricant is made of ultra-fine MoS2. When the lubricant is applied to the metal surface, a dry film will be quickly formed on the metal surface, so that the surface of the metal parts can form a protective film, which can withstand high temperature, strong pressure, toughness, parts are not easy to wear, burn and bite.
 
Friction wear almost appear in a variety of industries, such as aerospace, automobiles and ships, mechanical heavy industry, bearing gears, etc. MoS2 can be widely used in many occasions of lubrication. For example:
 
1. Slides for cabinets or drawers, guide rails for elevators, bearings for motors, etc. Under high load, these parts are under great pressure and need lubricants to reduce friction and prolong service life.
 
2. In the process of material processing, in order to punch and punch the material, it is necessary to apply lubricant to minimize the friction between the die and the plate, produce a finished product that meets the requirements, and prevent the surface of the material from rusting.
 
3. When the temperature of the rear wheel increases while driving, it is easy to throw oil, which will lead to brake failure. The application of MoS2 to the four-wheel bearing of automobile chassis can improve the lubrication performance, save oil and reduce the temperature of the four wheels when driving.
 
4. In some extreme conditions, fasteners, threads, etc., are easy to slip teeth or bite to death during assembly, and need to be coated with lubricant to reduce friction, prevent parts from getting stuck, and prevent rust.
