Cr2O3 coatings can be used as abrasive wear resistant coating, hard surface wear and erosion wear coating below 540℃, cavitation wear resistant coating, corrosion wear resistant coating for parts used in chemical media below 250℃ (need to be properly sealed), such as pistons, plungers, chemical machinery shafts, pump seals, wear-resistant rings, slide valves, cylinder linings, exhaust fans, polishing and polishing fixtures, etc. Fiber wear-resistant coating, such as guide wheel, friction wheel, roller roller of chemical fiber spinning machine, magnetic conductive and wear-resistant coating, such as tape recorder head, etc.
