Rotate Center Line/Mark (2D)

You can use the 2D Center Line/Mark Dimension command to place center line/marks at the center of arcs and circles. You can use this command to rotate those center line/marks toward a specified point. First you select the center line/marks and then select the point.  If you select more than one, each will be rotated at a different angle since each will point toward the same point.
