You can display your part or assembly in one of many standard
or user aligned views. Each
is described in the table below. Some
of these commands are available from
the Tool Bar while others are selected from the
View Menu. These
commands are not logged as undo/redo events.

View (Ctrl+I)
Displays a view of the part that is isometric. It
is recommended that you use the Auxiliary View while in shaded display
mode to enhance color contrast. |

Align View with Plane
Displays a view aligned with a datum plane or planar face.
This command
is similar to the Sketch Plane View
command (see below) but allows you to select the datum plane to align
with. You
can apply this command to the active part or to another component in an
assembly or sub-assembly. |

Align
View with Direction
Displays a view aligned with a reference point and two directions
indicating the origin, "up" (Y axis) and "right" (Z
axis). This
command is similar to the Align View with Plane command above without
the need to select a reference plane. |

Sketch
Plane View (Ctrl+Up Arrow)
Display the active sketch plane. It
is useful for moving between views while editing a sketch and then returning
to the active sketch plane. |
