Use this command to project
one or more points onto one or more curves and/or faces. Each point will
be projected normal to the curve or face. Use the Direction option
(see below) to specify a different projection direction.
You can right-click the mouse to use input options for selecting points on wireframe or surface geometry. If you set the pick filter to point and the input option to critical, existing point geometry can be selected for projection.
Points - Select the points to project and then middle-click to continue.
Geometry - Select the curves and/or faces to project to.
Direction - Use this option to specify a projection direction that is not normal to the curves and/or faces that are being projected to. Indicate the new direction of projection.
