Introduction - The Drawing Sheet Level

 

The Drawing Sheet Level contains functions that relate to creating a drawing sheet. In VX, a Drawing Packet is a collection of one or more drawing sheets. A drawing sheet is where the actual geometry is located. The Drawing Sheet Level is activated in the following ways.
 

At the Drawing Sheet Level, the Layout Tool Tab, Pull Down Menus and the Tool Bars are all displayed.

Tips & TechniquesThe directory paths containing all parts referenced in assemblies, drawing sheets and CAM process plans must be listed in the VX Search Path Form displayed by selecting File > Search Path... . These directory paths are stored in the file named "vxpaths". When "vxpaths" is edited by the VX Search Path Form, a copy of "vxpaths" is placed in the your runtime directory (i.e., your User Directory).
