The Tool Shape Forms are used to define the shape of the
tool that is currently active in the CAM Tool Manager.
Complete
each form as desired referring to the illustrations on the form for each
tool type.
Note that the Tool Shape Forms are displayed automatically
depending on the tool "Type"
selected from the CAM Tool Manager.
When you are done, pick the close
button in
the upper right corner to accept and close the form or pick Reset
from the CAM Tool Manager. This
will return all parameters to their previous defaults.

This is the primary tool for milling operations.

Use the ream tool for finishing by removing a small amount of material from a pre-drilled hole.

Use the bore tool to enlarge, finish and accurately locate holes.

Use the tap tool to cut threads in a pre-drilled hole.

The drill is the primary hole making tool. It is used to drill basic holes during Drill, Peck-drill and Chip-break hole making operations.

Use the counterbore tool to spot-face, making room for the heads of bolts or screws, or to enlarge holes.

Use the countersink tool to machine a cone shaped enlargement at the top of a hole.

The center tool is used to provide starting holes for other drilling operations.
