Dimension (Sketch Level)
Use this command to modify a sketch dimension
value. The new value will automatically drive the sketch geometry it defines.
After exiting the sketch use the Regenerate Current Object command to regenerate the
active part.
Value
Select the dimension to modify. The dimension value will appear in the Text Input Field. Enter a new dimension value. The sketch geometry is automatically modified to reflect the new dimension value.
Delay solve
Check this box to delay solving the sketch until the next Solve Current Sketch is executed. If not checked, each modified dimension value is shown in [ ] and the sketch is not updated.
Regen History after Editing Dimensions (see CAD Tips & Techniques).
If you are changing a lot of dimensions to make the part larger pick the largest dimension first. If you are making the part smaller start with the smallest dimensions.
