Center (Sketch/Sheet Level)
Use these commands to create 2D radial dimensions at the sketch and drawing sheet level. You can create standard, diametric, broken, big and leader radial dimensions.
Use
this dimension type to create a radial dimension originating from the
center of an arc, curve or circle.
Use
this dimension type to create a broken radial dimension of an arc, curve
or circle.
Use this dimension type to create a radial leader dimension of an arc, curve or circle.

Use this dimension type to create a leader radial dimension of an arc, curve or circle. This command is similar to the Big Radial Dimension command but forces the leader to pass through the radial center.
Use
this dimension type to create a radial diameter dimension originating
from the center of an arc or circle.
Use this command to create a center mark at an arc or circle.
Use this command to place a centerline through a circular pattern such as bolt holes. Select the hole center locations and then middle-click to add the centerline. Optionally, you can define the center of the centerline, use and arc or a circle (open or closed centerline) and set the center mark length.

Arc - Select the arc to dimension.
Break point - Specify a reference point to locate the break.
Text point - Specify the location of the dimension text.

Select the icon to either center or not center the dimension text between the extension lines. If not center is selected, the dimension location point will also dynamically locate the text.
Text
Use this option to determine how the text of the dimension is generated. Select from the following:
Value - The dimension text will default to the actual dimension value.
User Text - The dimension text defined in the User Text field (see below) is displayed instead of the dimension value.
User text
Defines the dimension text that is displayed instead of the actual dimension value. Used in conjunction with the User Text option above. Enter the user text in the field provided. You can also right-click in the graphics window to activate the Text and Dimension Editor. It provides additional options for creating special characters and symbols within the text.
Rotation (for Center Line/Mark only)
Use this option to rotate the center line/mark toward a selected point.
Center (Circular Centerline
Only)
Use this option to specify a center point.
Arc/Circle (Circular Centerline
Only)
Use this option to specify the diameter to be an arc or a full circle.
Attributes (Center Line/Mark
commands only)
Enter the size of the center mark. It will be applied when the center mark is toggled on (see above). You can also select from the three center mark types shown below:
