Use this command to create a circle by selecting
2 boundary points and entering a radius. You can then select from the
two possible circles.
Select the first boundary point.
Select the second boundary point.
Select a point on the plane
of the circle.
These three points define the plane on which circle will
lie
Specify the circle's radius.
Select a point near the center of the desired circle.
