Inquire Distance Point-Point (2D)

Inquire 2D Point-Point DistanceUse this command to dynamically measure the distance between two 2D points. If one or both of the points are selected from the geometry of a 3D layout view, the distance is automatically divided by the scale factor of the view so that the actual distance of the 3D part is displayed.

 

Information about VXOperational Sequence

 

  1. Pick the first point from which to measure.

    Notice that a highlighted line is attached to the first point and moves with the cursor.
     

  1. Pick a second point to which to measure. The distance is displayed in the Distance field.

    Or

    Move the cursor over additional points. The distance to each highlighted point is displayed in the Distance field.
