Make a Notch on Curve

Use this command to create a notch on a curve.
You can specify the base point (location), direction angle, height, and
the shape angle of the notch. The parameters that you specify will become
the new defaults the next time the command is executed.
Select a curve to locate the notch on.
Specify the base point of the notch.
Specify the direction angle of the notch. You can enter an angle value, select a point to define the angle, or middle-click to select the angle perpendicular to the curve.
Specify the notch height.
Specify the shape angle.
