Before Installing VX
During VX Installation, your system id and the current version of the software will be displayed (see Install VX Passwords). Make a note of this information and contact your dealer. You can also run VX to obtain your password.
When you run VX without a password, the following options are provided:
Run VX in Viewer mode - Viewer mode only allows you to view a file but not make any changes to it.
Run VX in Demo mode - Demo mode runs with a VX Mold bundle license and has an internal memory limit at which it turns off all output. The software is fully functional as long as the user stays below the memory limit. Once the limit is exceeded, a menu will pop up and notify the user.
Install a password - Gives you the opportunity to install a password. See Install VX Passwords for more information.
