Browser 
Multiple Commands
Use the File Browser to locate, preview and select
a file to open or save depending on the current function. The Open/Save
button will change accordingly. The title bar of this form will adapt
to the command that invokes it. The
File Browser supports multiple filters, file extensions listed in the
Files of type: field, and other standard Windows file features
located on the left side of the browser.
Check the Preview box if desired (see below).
Select a file.
Pick Open or Save to select or save the file.

PDM
This option is only active when the SmarTeam PDM (Product Data Management) third-party application or VX PDM is installed or activated. The PDM options available are similar to those on the Applications > SmarTeam menu. See VX/SmarTeam Integration for more information and the PDM tab of the VX Configuration Form for setting up SmarTeam.
Preview
Check this box to show a preview of the selected file. A preview is automatically created when the Save File, Save File As, Save All Files and Save and Close File commands are used.
