Use this command to backup the active session.  The session will be saved only if it has been modified since the last backup.  Only modifications to the files are saved, thus the active session only contains the sub-objects that have been edited.

They are not a complete copy of the original files.  You can set an auto-backup using the VX Configuration Form.  This is the same as using this command.  When you load VX, you are asked if you want to restart your last session if backup data exists for it.  If you pick No, the old backup is deleted and a new session is initialized.
