Associate/Disassociate 2D Entities with a View

This command associates (adds) the desired 2D entities to a layout view.  Associated entities will be considered part of the view and will act accordingly during commands that affect the entire view.  Only 2D entities on a drawing sheet may be associated.  Only one view may be associated with an entity.  If you middle-click when prompted for the view, the picked entities will no longer be associated with the view.  This allows you to change the view which is associated with a given 2D entity.
