Promote Sub-Assembly one Level

Use this command to move a sub-assembly up one level in the assembly hierarchy. Any alignments associated with the components will be promoted while alignments associated with any geometry will not.  This is similar to the Merge Component command.  Any geometry in the sub-assembly will be merged into the active part. Any alignments in the active part that are associated with the sub-assembly will have their component references modified.
