General philosophy:
Enter the X length
Enter the Y length
Select the insertion point.

The positioning modification allows
you to indicate the alignment point of the rectangle.![]()
The DIAGONAL
button
allows you to draw a rectangle by clicking two diagonal points.
The ENCLOSING
button
allows you to draw a rectangle that encompass one or several element(s).
A margin can be set between the rectangle and the elements.
Specific point(s):
The created rectangle
is associated to the current coordinate system at its creation. Its sides
will always remain parallel to the X and Y axes of this coordinate system.
Available modification(s):
The
icon allows you
to move the control points of the rectangle ( insertion point or diagonal
points ), or the rectangle itself.
The
icon allows you
to modify the X and Y length and the alignment but also the margin value
of an enclosing rectangle.
