Lines and arcs

See also: Rebuild.

Menu access: Curve | Manage | Rebuilt

Description:

Try to rebuild arcs and lines from a B-Spline (generated in TopSolid with the Spline function).

The goal is to recognize if for a given tolerance, un curve (or a part of a curve) can be replaced by a line or an arc.

General philosophy:

  1. Select the  ARCS AND LINES  option.

  2. Select the curves to rebuild.

Available option(s):

The option  Tolerance approximation= . . . .     allows you to set the margin of error tolerated between the initial curve and the rebuilt curve.

Specific point(s):

The created element replaces the starting one.
