Arc blend

Description:
Creates a blend made of two tangent arcs of same radius. We call this entity arc blend.
The two arcs are tangent to two directions (one for each end).
If you first create a line on contour at the end of two co-planar wireframe entities to joint, it's easy to join them by using an Arc blend.
General philosophy:
Select the first point.
Select the tangent direction of the first end.
Select the second point.
Select the opposite tangent direction of the second end.
Example(s):
Arc blend made with X+ as initial tangent direction and X- for the end.
Specific point(s):
It is possible to select a line as
tangent direction.
