When you pick flashing elements (coordinate system, view elements, view name), TopDraft display the dialog box below, allowing you to change the projection parameters except choosen view and scale factor (depending of the main view).

When you pick flashing elements (title view), TopDraft display the message below, allowing you to change the title view and it's position.
