Change representation

Menu access : View | Change representation.

Description :

Allows you to modify the representation state of the parts in a projected view.

Principle:

3 representation modes are available:

• MIXED: If the projected view is using this mode, you can select parts in the 2D view in order to swap between its representations (simplified or detailed).

• SIMPLIFIED: All the parts with double representation are projected in simplified representation. It is no possible in this mode to change the representation of the parts.

• DETAILED: All the parts with are projected in detailed representation. It is no possible in this mode to change the representation of the parts.

When the view is in the MIXED mode, simply select  a line of the part you wish to change its representation.

Available option(s):

The button  CHANGE REPRESENTATION  allows you to change the representation mode of the view: MIXED, SIMPLIFIED or DETAILED.

The button  REFLECT 3D STATE  is available in the option  CHANGE REPRESENTATION  when the view use the MIXED mode. It allows you to apply, in the projected view, the same representation of the parts used in the 3D document.
