Location of a point light:
X, Y and Z coordinates in the current coordinate system of the light source.
If the light is not an associative one, this area will be active and you will be able to modify the point position with new coordinates or by using the right button and then selecting a point in the document.
It is recommended to use 4 view to precisely position the light.
