Polar coordinate system on face
The polar coordinate system on face creation is done by picking a planar face trimmed by a circular edge.
The positioning dimensions are automatically displayed.

mode allows to create the coordinate system manually :
Pick a planar circular face.
Type the distance according to the face center and the angle, the ANGLE ORIGIN button allows to locate a point which define the new origin.
