Turned down parts management

Description:
Allow to set a turned down parts management.
This management could be used in a TopSolid'Draft document whit a main view with turned down parts. Helpful function if you need to project a tank and its stamping.
General philosophy :
Select the reference coordinate system (reference for dimension of turned down parts)
Select the reference plane (plane on which parts will be turned down).
Select a part to turn down.
Select its axis (used for dimension in the TopSolid'Draft dimension).
Validate or invert the projection direction.
Available option(s) :
While the projection direction validation
of the part to turn down, you can deactivate this projection thanks to
the Turn
down = YES button.
This is interesting if you do not want to turn down all the parts.

an existing turned down parts management. Open the "Turn down parts
