Allows to create a relative point.

General philosophy :

You create a relative point by one of the following methods:

• giving 3 coordinates X, Y and Z.

• clicking a point on the grid

• clicking a key point of an element

Specific point(s) :

The created point is relative to the current coordinate systems..It will foIlow the transformations applied to the coordinate system which was current at the moment of its creation.
