Description :

Allows to create a relative coordinate system.

General philosophy :

The construction of a relative coordinate system is obtained by indicating 3 points, which are respectively

• the origin

• a point giving direction of the X axis

• a point giving the direction of the Y axis

The point are not be created.

The coordinate system you create using this function is relative in regards to the current coordinate system.
