General philosophy :
The construction of a relative coordinate system is obtained by indicating 3 points, which are respectively
the origin
a point giving direction of the X axis
a point giving the direction of the Y axis
The point are not be created.
The coordinate system you create using this function
is relative in regards to the
current coordinate system.
