Description :

Allows to create a projected point.

General philosophy :

You create a projected point by selecting a point to project and the element on which you want to project it. The created point will be the closest point on the element to the selected point position:

with extrapolation of the element (option Extrapolate = YES),

Curves are virtually extended and the point is created.

without extrapolation of the element (option Extrapolate = NO).

this is the closest point that is created

Specific point(s) :

You can choose between selecting:

• a FACE of a shape

• an EDGE of a shape

• a curve SEGMENT.
