Options : Multiple printing

The dialog box below allows you to define the printing rules of several documents :

Adding a printer :

Click on the Add new button to declare a new printer, then a grey line will be added in the available printer list...

Double click on a Empty field to display the available values list in a combo and choose one.

For each printer, you have to fill the following fields :

• : Tell that this printer will be used for printing several documents

• Printer name : Allows to choose a printer in the list of the installed printers of your computer.

• Print paper : Allows to choose the paper size installed in the printer.

• Paper format : Allows to choose the drawing format that we will print on this printer.

• Landscape : Allows to force the orientation.

Example : If you have chosen a A4 Print paper and a A4V Paper format, the A4H Paper format will be printed on this printer only if the Landscape field is set to YES.

• Comments : Allows to type a comment for this printer.

The Link to cfg file allows you to associate a configuration file to your printer.

The Open cfg file allows you to open the configuration file linked to your printer to change printing parameters.

You have to declare as many printers as different formats you have to print. For example, if you have a printer that manage two formats you have to declare it twice.

Default printer :

Choose a printer in the list to print all the non affected documents (documents where the drawing format does not correspond to one of the formats of the declared printers) on this printer.

Tick the Use force printing mode to print all the document on the default printer without using the declared printers.
