Options : Operations on component

Allows to configure the modification of a component model document. You can choose between 3 modes :

• Modify the occurrence in the assembly : the component model document is not modified (unidirectional link).

• Modify the component model : the component model document is modified by the operations made in the assembly (bi-directionnal link).

If you make one or more operations on a component in the assembly with Modify the occurrence in the assembly option ticked, and then you tick the Modify the component model option, the component model will not be modified

If the component model document is used in another assembly, this one will be modified too.

• Ask the question : each time you create an operation on a component, a dialog box ask you to modify the component model or not.
