Allows to create a coordinate system on a cylindrical face

General philosophy:

The radial coordinate system on face creation in done by picking a cylindrical face.

The positioning dimensions are automatically displayed.

Specific point(s):

The NON DYNAMIC mode allows to create the coordinate system manually :

• Pick a cylindrical face.

• Pick a reference planar face which allows to set a length.

• Type the distance according to the reference face and the angle according to the red line which is automatically displayed, the ANGLE ORIGIN button allows to locate a point which define the new origin.
