Menu access : Tools | dimension

Description :

Allows to create driven and passive dimension to parameterize elements

General philosophy:

1. Click on elements to dimension.

2. Position the dimension.

• Segment dimension

• Point dimension

• Angular dimension

• Segment/segment dimension

• Segment/point dimension

Available option(s):

The LINE button allows to directly obtain a passive dimension.

Specific point(s):

To quickly get a driving dimension, just click the segment to dimension and position the dimension.

To fix a point, just click on it and position coordinates

To constraints a point along the X axis , keep only the Y-axis dimension.

To constraints a point along the Y axis , keep only the X-axis dimension.
