Allows to create a basic coordinate system.
General philosophy :
The construction of a fix coordinate system is obtained by indicating 3 points, which are respectively:
the origin
a point giving direction of the X axis
a point giving the direction of the Y axis
The points are not created
The coordinate system you create using this function is
fix in regards to the software
absolute coordinate system.
