Open pipes

Description :
Allows to create a slot on a sheet metal part in order to unfold it.
General philosophy :
Select the sheet metal part to modify.
TopSolid shows the trimming plane passing
through the part axis 
Set the slot width, the trimming plane angle and pick a point to create the slot.
Specific point(s) :
The selected element must be a sheet
metal part. Sheet metal parts created using ruled shapes are not supported.
It's not necessary to have a circular
pipe section but the opening plane will always been located perpendicular
to the trimmed face.
