Modify face type
Menu access: Sheet metal | Tools | Modifier face type
Description:
Allows to change sheet metal faces to lateral or forming ones, or lateral faces to forming faces (or vice-versa).
General philosophy:
Use the drop down list to choose the face type.
Pick one or several faces to change and confirm with the OK button.

Specific point(s):
This function is useful to modify
the result that you get after converting a basic shape into a sheet metal
part (sheet metal converter) without reloaded all the conversion process.
You can set the lateral faces colour
with the Tools | Options - Sheet metal
: design function. The colour located just before the lateral faces
colour is automatically defined as forming faces colour. For example,
if yellow (colour n°8) is defined for lateral faces colour, the dark orange
(colour n°7) will be used for forming faces colour.
