Description :

Allows you to position easily two sheet metal parts.

General philosophy :

When you used this function, the following dialog box appears :

The buttons order corresponds to the application order of positioning functions.

Click on button and select successively the origin lateral face (according to the thickness) and the destination lateral face (according to the thickness too).

The origin face comes in contact with the destination face to position the part.

The three others icons allow you to complete the positioning of your parts.

allows to choose the positioned part orientation (position of the two laterals faces, one in relation to an other).

allows to position the part along the destination edge. Click a vertex of the destination part then a vertex of the positioned part. Then it is possible to modify the value of the created dimension.

allows to pivot the positioned part around an edge of the destination face.
