General philosophy:
Select on the "RECIPROCAL TRIMMING" option.
Select the faces of the first surface and validate.
Select the faces of the second surface and validate.
Click , if needed, on the red arrows to change the side of the surfaces to keep.
Validate.
Example(s):

Available option(s):
The option Follow
tangent edges = Yes or
NO
allows
to automatically continue the selection on all the tangent faces.
In the case the selected faces do
not intersect fully (the face intersection does not go up to the edges
of the surfaces), the option Extend
to = LAMINAR EDGE or
FIRST
EDGE allows
to choose up to which edge the the faces must be extended:
LAMINAR EDGE : the surface is extended up to the edge of the other surface.
FIRST EDGE : the surface is extended up to the first edge crossed on the other surface.
In the case the faces must be extended,
you can also define the extension mode:
TANGENT : the extension is made tangently.
ORTHOGONAL FORWARD or ORTHOGONAL BACKWARD : the extension is made orthogonally.
