Planar cut

Menu access: Shape | Trim.

Description:

Allows you to trim or extend a part having a main axis up to a plane.

General philosophy:

1. Select on the "EXTENDED CUT" option.

2. Choose the PLANAR CUT mode

3. Select the shape to trim/extend.

4. Choose to enter an offset or not and to hide the tools or not.

5. Select the trimming/extension plane.

Available option(s):

 The  Hide tools= YES  or  NO  option allows you set the trimming tools invisible or not after the planar cut.

 You can choose to keep a gap offset between the two elements.
