Menu access: Shape | Surfacic / boolean operations | Thicken

Description:

Allows you to thicken a surface shape that becomes a solid.

General philosophy:

1. Select the surface shape to thicken.

2. Enter the thicknesses values along the face normal direction.

Available option(s):

Thickness: it is the thickness value along the indicated normal.

Second thickness: it is the thickness value along the opposite direction of the indicated normal.

Specific point(s):

The values can be negatives: in this case, the thickening is made in the other direction.

Available modification(s):

You can use the icon , you can change the two thickness.

You can directly suppress the thickening of the shape by using the icon .
