One guide curve and one section curve, normal mode:

In the NORMAL method, the sweeping coordinate system is defined as follow:

Z is the opposite of T (Z = -T).

 

 

X is orthogonal to T and V (X = T ^ V).

 

 

Y is orthogonal to X and Z (Y = Z ^ X).

This is the most used method because if the section curve is a planar curve located on the XY plane of the sweeping coordinate system, it will stay normal to the guide curve all along the sweeping. So we get a constant section sweeping.
