Extrude a face
Menu access: Shape | Surfacic / boolean operations | Extrude
Description:
Allows you to modify a shape by extruding one (or several) of its faces.
General philosophy:
Select the face to extrude.
Select the extrusion direction.
Enter the extrusion length.
Available option(s):
You can offset
the created face relatively to the initial face contour.
Specific point(s):
The created shape is part
of the initial shape. If you want to create an independent shape from
the reference one, you have to use the FACE
button
of the function Shape | Extruded.
