Draft with step

Description:
Allows you to apply draft on faces with a step following edges.

General philosophy:
Select on the STEP DRAFT button.
Enter the draft angle to apply.
Select the face to draft.
Select all the fix edges of the face.
Select the reference plane for the draft computation. This plane defines the zero position.
Exemple(s):
In this example, the red edge is
a curve that has been imprint in order to divide the block face into two
new distinct faces.

In the following illustrations, the reference plane used will be represented by a transparent face.
The reference edges and the reference plane will be used to compute the draft.
In this mode, the drafted face will
not be divided according to the reference edges, but a step will appear
on the edges.

Available option(s):
With the option Step
mode= NORMAL FACES or
DRAFTED
FACES the
faces generated by the step can be:
Normal : the surfaces generated are ruled surfaces perpendicularly to the face to draft.
Drafted : the surfaces are generated the same way as the face to draft.
