Description:
Allows you to create a parallelepipedic block primitive using an alignment point and three lengths.

General philosophy:
Enter the length along X direction (of the current coordinate system).
Enter the length along Y direction (of the current coordinate system).
Enter the length along Z direction (of the current coordinate system).
Select the alignment point.
Available option(s):
You can also create a block by directly
clicking the two diagonal points (not in the same plane).
The positioning modification allows
you to locate the block relatively to its alignment point.![]()
The ENCLOSING
BLOCK button
allows you to create a bloc enclosing one or more element(s).
In this mode, you can
choose between Follow=
SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONS /

The option Minimal
box= YES /
NO
allows
you to define if the enclosing box is created according to the axis of
the current coordinate system or according to the global bulk of the selected
elements.![]()
The following dialog box appear after the selection of the elements to enclose:

The enclosing box is oriented according to the axis of the current coordinate system.
The button Identical values allows to apply to all the margin, the value set in the X- . |
The button NEW
BLOCK allows
you to define new dimension for the block to position.
Specific point(s):
The block sides will always
be parallel to the X, Y and Z axes of the current coordinate system.
Available modification(s):
By using the icon
,
you can change:
the alignment and the X, Y and Z length of an aligned bloc,
the reference coordinate system and the margins of an enclosing bloc.
