When you pick flashing elements (coordinate system, grid border),

TopDraft display the dialog box below, allowing you to change all the projection parameters (except scale factor depending of the reference view).

When you pick flashing elements (title view),

TopDraft display the message below, allowing you to change the title view and it's position.
