Explode

Menu access : Edit | Explode

Description :

Retrieve the elementary elements that make and element.

General philosophy :

Select the elements to explode, you can select several elements with the icon.

Available option(s) :

When your document contains a main set, the SET option allows to clear it of all its elements.

When selected elements are complex (shape, constructive curve,...), you can choose : Explode=LAST OPERATION or ALL OPERATIONS

Contour	Basic contour.
Rectangle	Basic rectangle.

Offset curve	Basics constituents of the contour.
C-spline	Tangents arcs of a circle and lines (basics).
Arc blend	2 basics arcs of a circle.
Ellipse	Basic ellipse.
Polygon	Basics lines.
Spiral	Basic spiral.
Parabola	Basic parabola.
Gear involute	Basic involute of circle.
Calculated curve	Basic calculated curve.
Group	Separated constituents of the group.

Edge curve	Basics constituents of the contour.
Projected curve	B-spline curve or simple element (line, arc of circle, ...).
Roll up curve	B-spline curve or simple element (line, arc of circle, ...).
Intersection curve	B-spline curve or simple element (line, arc of circle, ...).
Planar section	B-spline curve or simple element (line, arc of circle, ...).
Isoparametric curve	B-spline curve or simple element (line, arc of circle, ...).
Isocline curve	B-spline curve or simple element (line, arc of circle, ...).
Tangent comb curve	B-spline curve.
Shape	Constituents of the last operation. or Separated constituents of the shape.
3D component	Copy the 3D component (like an element) in the assembly document. Break link between component and the assembly document.

Composite Dimension	Separated dimensions.
Tables (Simple, Dimension, Bill of material, Index, Title block).	Separated constituents of the table (Texts, Lines, ...).
Tolerance reference	Separated constituents of the reference (Texts, Lines and Hatching area).
Geometric tolerance	Separated constituents of the reference (Texts, Lines and. Hatching area).
Surface finish symbol	Separated constituents of the symbol (Texts, Lines and Hatching area).
2D component	Copy the 2D component (like an element) in the assembly document. Break link between component and the assembly document.
