Description :
Allows you to modify the tolerance of one or several dimensions.
General philosophy:
Select the dimension
to modify or use 
to select several dimensions at the same
time.
Confirm with OK or select a reference dimension.
The following window appears:choose you tolerance style.
Click on tolerence styles to get examples.
You
can use ± as
suffix using Alt + 241.
