Cross-hatching area

Menu access : Detailing | Hatching area (in TopSolid/Draft) or Tools | Cross-hatching area (in TopSolid)

Description :

Allows you to create a hatching area limited by opened or closed curves.

General philosophy :

Select the curves defining the hatching area. If you want an hatching area without hole inside, select a single open or closed curve.

Available option(s) :

You can select several elements with the icon, it allows you to create hatching areas with “holes”.

Possible modification(s) :

You can add curve(s) to the hatching area with the function and you can remove them with the function.

When the exact display mode is ticked , you can reach the cross-hatching pattern editor with the function . This editor allows you to modify the parameters (angle, spacing, ...) of the different hatching pattern .
