Description :
Allows you to create a note referencing a line of an index table.
General philosophy :
Pick a line of an index table to get its value or type the difference label value.
Localize the position of the note.
Localize a point (or pick an element) for the first leader or choose the NO LEADER option to stop the function without creating any leader.
Localize a point for the second leader or choose the STOP option to return at the beginning of the function.
