Description :
Break the link between the title block and it's external reference.
General philosophy :
If your TopSolid/Draft document contains more than one title block, choose the title block to prune.
If your TopSolid/Draft document contains only one title block, choose the YES option to prune the existing title block.
Specific point(s) :
An external reference can
be added either by inserting in the title block, a text of another document,either
by inserting a global parameter which is defined in another document.
Then this function will break this link and the modification of the referenced
document will not update your title block.
