Description:

Allows you to define at the same time a translation and a rotation.

General philosophy:

1. Select the translation starting point.

2. Select the translation end point.

3. Enter the rotation angle

You can apply at the same time a global scaling on the element by entering a scaling value different from 1.

Specific point(s):

The rotation and the scaling have the translation end point as center. The rotation direction is the Z axis of the current coordinate system.
